Parking

Climate change is real and we hope you will carpool with your fellow scientists! KSU is a smaller campus and parking is limited.
From the Main St. Entrance to campus, Signage will direct you when you get to campus.
On Friday, please park in the lot next to Exum or in the lot below the Academic Services Building.
On Saturday, please park in the lot next to Exum or in either lot above or below the Academic Services Building.

Finding a carpool: If you're a KAS member you can get a list of fellow attendees to help you track down a carpool, after you've registered for the meeting.

Log in at the KAS website with username & password.
Under "My Membership Information" to go "My Events"
Choose "Prior Event Registrations" and then select 2024 KAS/KJAS meeting
If you click on the View Event Portal icon there is an attendee list there.

Food

If you have dietary needs we need to know about,  please indicate that on your registration form in the appropriate field. We are working with KSU catering and we will do our best to accommodate. Thank you!

KAS is making a Mothers room available in Hathaway Hall.

There is a gender-neutral restroom in the Academic Services Building.
